Christina Barr the sister and campaign manager of Gina Barr for Michigan State Representative, has issued a video stating that Gina Barr and her campaign have faced dirty tricks and threats to drop out of the race.
Christina insinuated that some of the threats may have come from some elected politicians in her video.
The threats became stronger once Gina Barr announced that she had chosen Trump For President Co-Chair John Akouri according to the video produced by Christina Barr.
When John Akouri was chosen it was meant to remain private till Gina Barr would make the announcement herself at a public event. Shortly thereafter a mole leaked the information to the political strategic firm Grand River Strategies which released the information premature per Christian Barr.
Also according to the video by Christian Barr she states that many that have offered to support and or endorse the campaign have had their livelihoods threatened. She also stated that the Laura Cox for Michigan State Chair has asked to see the names of all those that signed the necessary forms for Gina Barr to run. Christina Barr states she wonders for what purpose? Is it to bully those people or to try to create some loophole to get Gina Barr out of the race.
Christina Barr did issue a disclaimer that no-one directly from the Laura Cox campaign for State Party Chair contacted them directly and that it has always been third party contacts, but the connections are too coincidental.
Laura Cox was a Michigan State Senator until she lost her re-election bid in a race that she spent around $1 million to win. Laura Cox is also the wife of former Michigan Attorney General.
